Genesis 3 — Novel English Bible

Now the nachash (serpent) was more subtle than any animal of the shadah (field) which Yahawah () Alahayam () ishah (make) made. He amar (spoke) to the ayashah (woman / wife), “Has Alahayam () really amar (spoke), ‘You shall not akal (eat) of any itz (tree) of the gan (garden)’?”

The ayashah (woman / wife) amar (said) to the nachash (serpent), “Of the paray (fruit) of the itz (trees) of the gan (garden) we may akal (eat),

But of the paray (fruit) of the itz (tree) which is in the thawak (midst) of the gan (garden), Alahayam () has amar (spoke), ‘You shall not akal (eat) of it, neither shall you nagai (touch) it, lest you mawath (death).’”

The nachash (serpent) amar (said) to the ayashah (woman / wife), “You won't mawath (death) mawath (death),

For Alahayam () yadaiy (knows) that in the yawam (day) you akal (eat) it, your iyan (eye) will be paqach (opened), and you will be like Alahayam (), yadai (knowing) tawab (good / proper function) and rai (evil).”

When the ayashah (woman / wife) raah (see / saw) that the itz (tree) was tawab (good / proper function) for maakal (food), and that it was a delight to the iyanayam (eyes), and that the itz (tree) was to be chamad (desired) to shakal (make) one wise, she laqach (take / seize) of its fruit, and akal (eat); and she nathan (give) some to her ayash (man / husband) with her, and he akal (eat).

The iyanay (eyes) of shanayam (two) of them were paqach (opened), and they yadai (knew) that they were iyaram (naked). They thapar (sewed) thaan (fig) leaves together, and ishah (make) themselves chagarath (aprons).

They shamai (hearken / hear) the qawal (sound / voice) of Yahawah () Alahayam () halak (move) in the gan (garden) in the rawach (spirit / wind) of the yawam (day), and the adam (man) and his ayashah (woman / wife) chabaa (hid) themselves from the panayam (face) of Yahawah () Alahayam () among the itz (trees) of the gan (garden).

Yahawah () Alahayam () qaraa (called) to the adam (man), and amar (spoke) to him, “ay (where) are you?”

The man amar (said), “I shamai (hearken / hear) your qawal (sound / voice) in the gan (garden), and I was yaraa (fear / be afraid), because I was iyaram (naked); and I chabaa (hid) myself.”

Alahayam () said, “Who nagad (told) you that you were iyaram (naked)? Have you akal (eat) from the itz (tree) that I commanded you not to akal (eat) from?”

The adam (man) amar (said), “The ayashah (woman / wife) whom you nathan (give) to be with me, she nathan (give) me of the itz (tree), and I ate.”

Yahawah () Alahayam () amar (spoke) to the ayashah (woman / wife), “What is this you ishah (make) done?” The ayashah (woman / wife) amar (spoke), “The nachash (serpent) nashaa (lift) me, and I akal (eat).”

Yahawah () Alahayam () amar (spoke) to the nachash (serpent), “Because you ishah (make) done this, you are arar (cursed) above all livestock, and above every animal of the shadah (field). On your gachawan (belly) you shall yalak (go), and you shall akal (eat) dust all the yamay (days) of your chay (life).

I will shayath (put / appoint / make) enmity between you and the ayashah (woman / wife), and between your zarai (offspring) and her zarai (offspring). He will shawap (bruise) your raash (head), and you will shawap (bruise) his iqab (heel).”

To the ayashah (woman / wife) he amar (said), “I will greatly rabah (multiply) your pain in childbirth. In pain you will yalad (birth / begot) banayam (children). Your thashawaqah (desire) will be for your ayash (man / husband), and he will mashal (rule/have dominion) over you.”

To Adam (Adam) he amar (said), “Because you have shamai (hearken / hear) to your ayashah (woman / wife) qawal (sound / voice), and have akal (eat) of the itz (tree), of which I tzawah (commanded) you, amar (said), ‘You shall not akal (eat) of it,’ arar (cursed) is the adamah (ground) for your sake. In itzabawan (toil) you will akal (eat) of it kal (every) the yamay (days) of your chay (life).

It will yield qawatz (thorns) and daradar (thistles) to you; and you will akal (eat) the ishab (herb) of the shadah (field).

By the zaih (sweat) of your ap (nostril / picture: bull snorting) will you akal (eat) lacham (bread) until you shawab (turn) to the adamah (ground), for out of it you were laqach (take / seize). For you are ipar (dust), and to dust you shall shawab (turn).”

And the adam (man) qaraa (called) his ayashah (wife's) sham (name) "Chawah ()" — surely, she was the am (mother) of all the living (humanity).

Yahawah () Alahayam () ishah (make) kathanawath (coats) of iwar (skins) for Adam () and for his ayashah (woman / wife), and labash (clothed) them.

Yahawah () Alahayam () amar (spoke), “han (behold), the adam (man) has become like achad (one) of us, yadai (knowing) tawab (good / proper function) and rai (evil). Now, lest he shalach (send) out his yad (hand), and also laqach (take / seize) of the itz (tree) of chay (life), and akal (eat), and chayay (life) iwalam (forever)...”

Therefore Yahawah () Alahayam () shalach (send) him out from the gan (garden) of Idan (Eden), to ibad (servant) the adamah (ground) from which he was laqach (take / seize).

So he garash (drove) out the adam (man); and he shakan (place) Idan (Idan / Eden) at the qadam (east) of the gan (garden) of Idan (Idan / Eden), and the lahat (flame) of a charab (sword) which turned every hapak (way), to guard the darak (way) to the itz (tree) of chay (life).
