He ilah (go up / offer) up to the mazabach (altar) which he ishah (make) made in Bayath-Al (Bethel) on the fifteenth yawam (day) in the shamayanay (eighth) chadash (month), even in the chadash (month) which he had badaa (devised) of his own heart: and he ordained a chag (feast/festival) for the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and ilah (go up / offer) up to the mazabach (altar), to qatar (burn) incense.
