1 These were the machalaqath (divisions) of the banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron). The banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron): Nadab (Nadab) and Abayahawaa (Abihu), Alaizar (Eleazar) and Ayathamar (Ithamar).
2 But Nadab (Nadab) and Abayahawaa (Abihu) mawath (death) panayam (face) their ab (father), and had no banayam (children): therefore Alaizar (Eleazar) and Ayathamar (Ithamar) executed the yakahanaw (priests) office.
3 Dawad (David) with Tzadawaq (Zadok) of the banay (my son) of Alaizar (Eleazar), and Achayamalak (Ahimelech) of the banay (my son) of Ayathamar (Ithamar), chalaq (divided) them according to their paqadah (ordering) in their ibadah (service).
4 There were more raash (head) gabarayam (men) matzaa (found) of the banay (my son) of Alaizar (Eleazar) than of the banay (my son) of Ayathamar (Ithamar); and they were chalaq (divided) like this: of the banay (my son) of Alaizar (Eleazar) there were sixteen, raashay (heads) of abawath (fathers)’ bayath (house); and of the banay (my son) of Ayathamar (Ithamar), according to their abawath (fathers)’ bayath (house), shamanah (eight).
5 Thus were they chalaq (divided) impartially by drawing gawaralawath (lots); for there were sharay (princes) of the qadash (set apart / make holy), and sharay (princes) of Alahayam (), both of the banay (sons) of Alaizar (Eleazar), and of the banay (sons) of Ayathamar (Ithamar).
6 Shamaiyah (Shemaiah) the ban (son) of Nathanaal (Nethanel) the sapar (book), who was of the Lawayay (Levites), kathab (write) them in the panayam (face) of the malak (king), and the sharayam (princes), and Tzadawaq (Zadok) the kahan (priest), and Achayamalak (Ahimelech) the ban (son) of Abayathar (Abiathar), and the raashay (heads) of the abawath (fathers)’ households of the kahanayam (priests) and of the Lawayay (Levites); achad (one) abawath (fathers)’ bayath (house) being achaz (taken) for Alaizar (Eleazar), and one achaz (taken) for Ayathamar (Ithamar).
7 Now the raashawan (first) gawaral (lot) yatzaa (go out / come out) forth to Yahawayarayab (Jehoiarib), the shanay (second) to Yadaiyah (Jedaiah),
8 The shalayashay (third) to Charam (Harim), the rabayaiy (fourth) to Shairayam (Seorim),
9 The chamayashay (fifth) to Malakayah (Malchijah), the shashay (sixth) to Mayaman (Mijamin),
10 The shabayaiy (seventh) to Qawatz (Hakkoz), the shamayanay (eighth) to Abayah (Abijah),
11 The thashayaiy (ninth) to Yashawai (Jeshua), the ishayaray (tenth) to Shakanayah (Shecaniah),
12 The ishathay (eleven) to Alayashayab (Eliashib), the shanayam (two) to Yaqayam (Jakim),
13 The thirteenth to Chapah (Huppah), the fourteenth to Yashabaab (Jeshebeab),
14 The fifteenth to Balagah (Bilgah), the sixteenth to Amar (said),
15 The seventeenth to Chazayar (Hezir), the eighteenth to Patzatz (Happizzez),
16 The nineteenth to Pathachayah (Pethahiah), the isharayam (twenty) to Yachazaqaal (Jehezkel),
17 The isharayam (twenty) - achad (one) to Yakayan (Jachin), the isharayam (twenty) - shanayam (two) to Gamawal (Gamul),
18 The isharayam (twenty) - shalawash (three) to Dalayah (Delaiah), the isharayam (twenty) - arabai (four) to Maizayah (Maaziah).
19 This was their paqadah (ordering) in their ibadah (service), to bawaa (come) into the bayath (house) of Yahawah () according to the mashapat (ordinance) given to them by Aharawan (Aaron) their ab (father), as Yahawah (), the Alahayam () of Yashar-Al (Israel), had tzawah (commanded) him.
20 Of the yathar (rest) of the banay (my son) of Laway (Levi): of the banay (my son) of Imaram (Amram), Shabawaal (Shubael); of the banay (my son) of Shabawaal (Shubael), Yachadayahaw (Jehdeiah).
21 Of Rachabayah (Rehabiah): of the banay (my son) of Rachabayah (Rehabiah), Yashayah (Isshiah) the raash (head).
22 Of the yatzaharay (izharites), Shalamawath (Shelomoth); of the banay (my son) of Shalamawath (Shelomoth), Yachath (Jahath).
23 The banay (sons) of Chabarawan (Hebron): Yarayah (Jeriah), Amarayah (Amariah) the shanay (second), Yachazayaal (Jahaziel) the shalayashay (third), Yaqamaim (Jekameam) the rabayaiy (fourth).
24 The banay (my son) of Izayaal (Uzziel), Mayakah (Micah); of the banay (my son) of Mayakah (Micah), Shamawar (Shamir).
25 The ach (brother/kinsman) of Mayakah (Micah), Yashayah (Isshiah); of the banay (my son) of Yashayah (Isshiah), Zakarayah (Zechariah).
26 The banay (my son) of Mararay (Merari): Machalay (Mahli) and Mawashay (Mushi); the banay (my son) of Yaizayahaw (Jaaziah): Beno.
27 The banay (my son) of Mararay (Merari): of Yaizayahaw (Jaaziah), Beno, and Shaham (Onyx), and Zakawar (remember/recall), and Ibaray (Ibri).
28 Of Machalay (Mahli): Alaizar (Eleazar), who had no banayam (sons).
29 Of Qayash (Kish); the banay (my son) of Qayash (Kish): Yarachamaal (Jerahmeel).
30 The banay (my son) of Mawashay (Mushi): Machalay (Mahli), and Idar (Eder), and Yarayamawath (Jerimoth). These were the banay (my son) of the Lawayay (Levites) after their ab (father)’ bayath (house).
31 These likewise napal (fall / be cast down) gawaralawath (lots) even as their ach (brother/kinsman) the banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron) in the panayam (face) of Dawad (David) the malak (king), and Tzadawaq (Zadok), and Achayamalak (Ahimelech), and the raashay (heads) of the abawath (fathers)’ households of the kahanayam (priests) and of the Lawayay (Levites); the abawath (fathers)’ households of the raash (head) even as those of his younger ach (brother/kinsman).
