2 Chronicles 4 — Novel English Bible

1 Then he ishah (make) an mazabach (altar) of nachashath (brass), isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits) its arak (length), and isharayam (twenty) amawath (cubits) its rachab (breadth), and ishar (ten) amawath (cubits) its qawamah (height).

2 Also he ishah (make) the yatzaq (molten) yam (sea/waters) of ishar (ten) amah (cubits) from shapah (brim) to shapah (brim), igal (round) in sabayab (surrounding); and its qawamah (height) was chamash (five) amah (cubits); and a qaw (line) of shalawashayam (thirty) amah (cubits) encircled it.

3 Under it was the damawath (likeness) of oxen, which encircled it, for ishar (ten) amah (cubits), encircling the yam (sea/waters). The oxen were in shanayam (two) tawarayam (rows), yatzaq (cast) when it was yatzaq (cast).

4 It imad (stood) on shanayam (two) oxen, shalawash (three) panah (turn) toward the tzapawan (north), and shalawash (three) panah (turn) toward the yam (sea/waters), and shalawash (three) panah (turn) toward the nagab (south), and shalawash (three) panah (turn) toward the mazarach (east): and the yam (sea/waters) was set on them mail (top/above), and all their hinder achawar (parts) were inward.

5 It was a tapach (handbreadth) ibay (thick); and its shapah (brim) was maishah (worked) like the shapah (brim) of a kawas (cup), like the parach (flower) of a shawashan (lily): it received and kawal (all) shalawash (three) alap (thousand) bathayam (baths).

6 He ishah (make) also ishar (ten) basins, and nathan (give) chamash (five) on the right yamayan (right hand), and chamash (five) on the shamaawal (left hand), to rachatz (wash) in them; such things as belonged to the burnt maishah (offering) they dawach (washed) in them; but the yam (sea/waters) was for the kahanayam (priests) to rachatz (wash) in.

7 He ishah (make) the ishar (ten) lampstands of zahab (gold) according to the mashapat (ordinance) concerning them; and he nathan (give) them in the hayakal (temple), chamash (five) on the right yamayan (right hand), and chamash (five) on the shamaawal (left hand).

8 He ishah (make) also ishar (ten) shalachanawath (tables), and yanach (placed) them in the hayakal (temple), chamash (five) on the yamayan (right hand) side, and chamash (five) on the shamaawal (left hand). He ishah (make) one maah (hundred) basins of zahab (gold).

9 Furthermore he ishah (make) the chatzar (court) of the kahanayam (priests), and the gadawal (very great/important/mighty) izarah (court), and dalathawath (doors) for the izarah (court), and overlaid their dalathawath (doors) with nachashath (brass).

10 He nathan (give) the yam (sea/waters) on the yamanay (right) kathap (side) of the qadam (house) eastward, mawal (toward) the nagab (south).

11 Chawaram (Huram) ishah (make) the sayarawath (pots), and the yaiyam (shovels), and the basins. So Chawaram (Huram) kalah (complete / finish) an end of doing the malaakah (work) that he ishah (make) for malak (king) Shalamah (Solomon) in the bayath (house) of Alahayam ():

12 The shanayam (two) imawadayam (pillars), and the galawath (bowls), and the shanayam (two) capitals which were on the raash (head) of the imawadayam (pillars), and the shanayam (two) networks to kasah (cover) the shanayam (two) galawath (bowls) of the capitals that were on the raash (head) of the imawadayam (pillars),

13 And the arabai (four) maah (hundred) ramawanayam (pomegranates) for the shanayam (two) shabakawath (networks); shanayam (two) tawarayam (rows) of ramawanayam (pomegranates) for achad (one) shabakah (network), to kasah (cover) the shanayam (two) galawath (bowls) of the capitals that were on the imawadayam (pillars).

14 He ishah (make) also the makanawath (bases), and the basins ishah (make) he on the makanawath (bases);

15 Achad (one) yam (sea/waters), and the shanayam (two) oxen under it.

16 Chawaram (Huram) his ab (father) also ishah (make) the sayarawath (pots), the yaiyam (shovels), the forks, and all its kalay (vessels) for malak (king) Shalamah (Solomon) for the bayath (house) of Yahawah () of maraq (bright) nachashath (brass).

17 The malak (king) yatzaq (cast) them in the kakar (plain) of the Yaradan (Jordan), in the ib (clay) adamah (ground) between Sakawath (Succoth) and Tzaradah (Zeredah).

18 Thus Shalamah (Solomon - Patriarch) ishah (make) all these kalayam (vessels) in maad (great) rab (abundance): for the mashaqal (weight) of the nachashath (brass) could not be chaqar (found) out.

19 Shalamah (Solomon) ishah (make) all the kalayam (vessels) that were in the bayath (house) of Alahayam (), the zahab (gold) mazabach (altar) also, and the shalachanawath (tables) with the show lacham (bread) on them;

20 And the lampstands with their nayar (lamps), to bair (burn) according to the mashapat (ordinance) panayam (face) the dabayar (oracle), of sagar (pure) zahab (gold);

21 And the parach (flowers), and the narawath (lamps), and the malaqachayam (tongs), of zahab (gold), and that makalah (perfect) zahab (gold);

22 And the mazamarawath (snuffers), and the basins, and the kapawath (spoons), and the machathah (fire) pans, of sagar (pure) zahab (gold): and as for the entry of the bayath (house), the inner dalathay (doors) of it for the most qadash (set apart / make holy) place, and the dalathay (doors) of the main hall of the hayakal (temple) were of zahab (gold).
