And that whoever didn't bawaa (bring) within shalawash (three) yamayam (days), according to the itzah (counsel) of the sharayam (princes) and the zaqanayam (elders), all his rakawash (wealth / property / goods / possessions) should be charam (forfeited), and himself badal (separated) from the qahal (assembly) of the gawalah (captivity).
