Psalms 107 — Novel English Bible

Give hadaw (thanks) to Yahawah (), for he is tawab (good / proper function), for his loving tawab (good / proper function) endures iwalam (forever).

Let the gaal (redeemed) by Yahawah () amar (spoke) so, whom he has gaal (redeemed) from the yad (hand) of the tzar (oppressor / distressor),

And qabatz (gathered) out of the aratzawath (lands), from the mazarach (east) and from the mairab (west), from the tzapawan (north) and from the yam (sea/waters).

They thaih (wandered) in the madabar (wilderness) in a yashayamawan (desert) darak (way). They matzaa (found) no iyar (city) to live in.

Raib (hungry) and thirsty, their napash (soul) itap (fainted) in them.

Then they tzaiq (cried) to Yahawah () in their tzar (oppressor / distressor), and he natzal (delivered) them out of their distresses,

He darak (led) them also by a yashar (upright) darak (way), that they might yalak (go) to a iyar (city) to live in.

Let them yadah (praise) Yahawah () for his loving chasad (grace), for his wonderful palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) to the banay (children) of adam (men)!

For he shabai (satisfies) the shaqaq (longing) napash (soul). He malaa (fills) the raib (hungry) napash (soul) with tawab (good / proper function).

Some yashab (inhabit/dwell) in chashak (darkness) and in the shadow of tzalamawath (death), being asayar (bound) in inay (affliction) and barazal (iron),

Because they marah (rebelled) against the amaray (Amaray / Amorite) of Al, and condemned the itzah (counsel) of the Most ilayawan (Most High).

Therefore he kanai (brought) down their lab (heart) with imal (labor). They kashal (stumble / stagger) down, and there was none to izar (help).

Then they zaiq (cried) to Yahawah () in their tzar (oppressor / distressor), and he yashai (salvation) them out of their distresses.

He yatzaa (go out / come out) them out of chashak (darkness) and the shadow of tzalamawath (death), and nathaq (broke) their mawasar (bonds) in sunder.

Let them yadah (praise) Yahawah () for his loving chasad (grace), for his wonderful palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) to the banay (children) of adam (men)!

For he has shabar (broken) the dalathawath (gates) of nachashath (brass), and gadai (cut) through barayachay (bars) of barazal (iron).

Awalayam (fools) are inah (answer / respond) darak (because) of their disobedience, and because of their iwan (guilt/iniquity).

Their napash (soul) thaib (abhors) all kinds of akal (food). They nagai (draw) near to the shairay (gates) of mawath (death).

Then they zaiq (cry) to Yahawah () in their tzar (oppressor / distressor), he yashai (salvation) them out of their distresses.

He shalach (send) his dabar (word / matter), and rapaa (heals) them, and malat (delivers) them from their shachayath (graves).

Let them yadah (praise) Yahawah () for his loving chasad (grace), for his wonderful palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) to the banay (children) of adam (men)!

Let them offer the yazabachaw (sacrifices) of thanksgiving, and sapar (book) his maishah (works) with ranah (singing).

Those who yarad (go) down to the yam (sea/waters) in anayawath (ships), who ishah (make) malaakah (business) in rab (great) mayam (Waters);

These raah (see) Yahawah () maishay (works), and his palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) in the matzawalah (deep).

For he commands, and imad (raises) the sair (stormy) rawach (spirit / wind), which rawam (will lift up) up its gal (waves).

They ilah (go up / offer) up to the sky; they yarad (go) down again to the thahawamawath (depths). Their napash (soul) mawag (melts) away because of rai (trouble).

They chagag (reel) back and forth, and nawai (stagger) like a drunken shakawar (man), and are at their chakamah (wits)’ balai (end).

Then they tzaiq (cry) to Yahawah () in their tzar (oppressor / distressor), and he yatzaa (go out / come out) them out of their matzawaqah (distress).

He qawam (rise up) the sair (storm) a damamah (calm), so that its gal (waves) are still.

Then they are shamach (glad) because it is shathaq (calm), so he nachah (brings) them to their chapatz (desired) machawaz (haven).

Let them yadah (praise) Yahawah () for his loving chasad (grace), for his wonderful palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) for the banay (children) of adam (men)!

Let them rawam (will lift up) him also in the qahal (assembly) of the im (nation / people), and halal (praise) him in the mawashab (seat) of the zaqanayam (elders).

He shawam (place / establish / appoint) naharawath (rivers) into a madabar (desert), mayam (Waters) springs into a thirsty tzamaawan (ground),

And a paray (fruit) aratz (Earth/land) into a malachah (salt) waste, for the rai (wickedness) of those who yashab (inhabit/dwell) in it.

He shawam (place / establish / appoint) a madabar (desert) into a agam (pool) of mayam (Waters), and a tzayah (dry) aratz (Earth/land) into mayam (Waters) springs.

There he makes the raib (hungry) live, that they may kawan (prepare) a iyar (city) to live in,

Zarai (sow) shadawath (fields), natai (plant) karamayam (vineyards), and reap the paray (fruit) of thabawaah (increase).

He blesses them also, so that they are rabah (multiplied) maad (greatly). He doesn't allow their livestock to mait (decrease).

Again, they are mait (diminished) and shachach (bowed) down through itzar (oppression), rai (trouble), and yagawan (sorrow).

He shapak (pours) bawaz (contempt) on nadayabayam (princes), and thaih (causes) them to wander in a trackless thahaw (formless).

Yet he lifts the abayawan (needy) out of their inay (affliction), and increases their mashapachawath (families) like a tzaan (flock).

The yashar (upright) will raah (see / saw) it, and be shamach (glad). All the iwal (wicked) will qapatz (shut) their pah (mouths).

Whoever is chakam (wise) will pay attention to these things. They will bayan (between) the chasad (grace) kindnesses of Yahawah ().
