Psalms 146 — Novel English Bible

1 Halal (praise) Yah ()! Halal (praise) Yahawah (), my napash (soul).

2 While I chay (life), I will halal (praise) Yahawah (). I will sing zamar (praises) to my Alahayam () as long as I exist.

3 Don't batach (put) your trust in nadayabayam (princes), each a ban (son) of adam (man) in whom there is no thashawaih (deliverance).

4 His rawach (spirit / wind) departs, and he shawab (turn) to the adamah (earth). In that very yawam (day), his ishathanah (thoughts) abad (destroy / perish).

5 Ashar (who/that) is he who has the Al of Yaiqab (Jacob) for his izar (help), whose shabar (hope) is in Yahawah (), his Alahayam ():

6 Who ishah (make) shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) and aratz (Earth/land), the yam (sea/waters), and all that is in them; who shamar (keep/guard) amath (truth) iwalam (eternity);

7 Who ishah (make) mashapat (justice) for the ishaq (oppressed); who nathan (give) lacham (food) to the raib (hungry). Yahawah () frees the asawarayam (prisoners).

8 Yahawah () paqach (opens) the eyes of the iwar (blind). Yahawah () zaqap (raises) up those who are kapap (bowed) down. Yahawah () ahab (love) the tzadayaq (righteous).

9 Yahawah () shamar (keep/guard) the foreigners. He upholds the yathawam (fatherless) and alamanah (widow), but the darak (way) of the rashai (wicked) he iwath (turns) upside down.

10 Yahawah () will malak (king) iwalam (forever); your Alahayam (), O Tzayawan (Zion), to all dawar (generation / age / period). Halal (praise) Yah ()!
