Psalms 46 — Novel English Bible

1 Alahayam () is our machasah (refuge) and iz (strength / might / refuge), a very matzaa (present) izarah (help) in tzarah (trouble).

2 Therefore we won't be yaraa (fear / be afraid), though the aratz (Earth/land) mawar (changes), though the harayam (mountains) are mawat (shaken) into the lab (heart) of the yamayam (seas);

3 Though its mayam (Waters) hamah (great uproar) and are chamar (troubled), though the harayam (mountains) raish (tremble) with their gaawah (swelling). Salah (selah).

4 There is a nahar (river), the palag (streams) of which make the iyar (city) of Alahayam () shamach (glad), the qadawash (holy) place of the mashakanay (tents) of the Most ilayawan (Ilayawan).

5 Alahayam () is in her qarab (among / near). She shall not be mawat (moved). Alahayam () will izar (help) her at dawn.

10 “Be still, and yadai (know) that I am Alahayam (). I will be rawam (will lift up) among the gawayam (nations). I will be rawam (will lift up) in the aratz (Earth/land).”

11 Yahawah () of tzabaawath (armies) is with us. The Alahayam () of Yaiqab (Jacob) is our refuge. Mashagab (selah).
