Psalms 5 — Novel English Bible

Azan (ear) ear to my amar (spoke), Yahawah (). Bayan (between) my hagayag (meditation).

Listen to the qawal (sound / voice) of my shawai (cry), my malak (king) and my Alahayam (); for to you do I palal (pray).

Yahawah (), in the baqar (morning) you shall shamai (hearken / hear) my qawal (sound / voice). In the baqar (morning) I will irak (lay) my requests before you, and will tzapah (watchman / keep watch) expectantly.

For you are not a Al who chapatz (has) pleasure in rashai (wickedness). Rai (evil) can't live with you.

The arrogant shall not yatzab (stand) in your iyan (eye). You shanaa (hate) all pailay (workers) of awan (iniquity).

You will abad (destroy / perish) those who dabar (word / matter) kazab (lies). Yahawah () thaib (abhors) the bloodthirsty and deceitful ayash (man / husband).

But as for me, in the rab (abundance) of your loving chasad (grace) I will bawaa (bring) into your bayath (house). I will shachah (bow) toward your qadash (set apart / make holy) hayakal (temple) in reverence of you.

Nachah (lead) me, Yahawah (), in your tzadaqah (righteousness) because of my sharar (enemies). Make your darak (way) yashar (upright) before my panayam (face).

For there is no kawan (faithfulness) in their pah (mouth). Their qarab (among / near) is destruction. Their garawan (throat) is an pathach (open) tomb. They chalaq (flatter) with their lashawan (tongue / language).

Asham (hold) them guilty, Alahayam (). Napal (fall / be cast down) them fall by their own mawaitzah (counsels); nadach (thrust) them out in the rab (multitude) of their pashai (transgressions), for they have marah (rebelled) against you.

But let all those who take chasah (refuge) in you shamach (rejoice), Let them iwalam (eternity) ranan (shout) for joy, because you sakak (defend) them. Let them also who ahab (love) your sham (name) be ilatz (joyful) in you.

For you will barak (blessed) the tzadayaq (righteous). Yahawah (), you will surround him with favor as with a tzanah (shield).
