3 For, behold, they lie in arab (wait) for my napash (soul). The iz (mighty) gawar (gather) themselves together against me, not for my disobedience, nor for my chataah (sin), Yahawah ().
4 I have done no wrong, yet they are kawan (ready) to attack me. Iwar (rouse / awaken) up, raah (see / saw), and qaraah (help) me!
5 You, Yahawah () Alahayam () of tzabaawath (armies), the Alahayam () of Yashar-Al (Israel), rouse yourself to paqad (visit) the gawayam (nations). Show no chanan (showing favor) to the awan (wicked) traitors. Salah (selah).
6 They shawab (turn) at irab (evening), howling like kalab (dogs), and prowl around the iyar (city).
7 Behold, they spew with their pah (mouth). Charabawath (swords) are in their shapah (lips), “For”, they say, “who shamai (hearken / hear) us?”

12 For the chataah (sin) of their pah (mouth), and the dabar (word / matter) of their shapah (lips), let them be lakad (caught) in their gaawan (pride), for the alah (these) and kachash (lies) which they utter.

16 But I will shayar (sing) of your iz (strength / might / refuge). Yes, I will ranan (sing) aloud of your loving chasad (grace) in the baqar (morning). For you have been my high tower, a manawas (refuge) in the yawam (day) of my tzar (oppressor / distressor).
17 To you, my iz (strength / might / refuge), I will zamar (sing) praises. For Alahayam () is my high tower, the Alahayam () of my chasad (grace).
