Ecclesiastes 12 — Novel English Bible

Zakar (remember) also your Creator in the yamay (days) of your bacharawath (youth), before the rai (evil) yamay (days) bawaa (bring), and the shanayam (two) nagai (draw) near, when you will amar (said), “I have no chapatz (pleasure) in them;”

Before the shamash (sun), the awar (light), the yarach (moon), and the kawakabayam (stars) are chashak (darkness), and the ibayam (clouds) shawab (turn) achar (other) the gasham (rain);

In the yawam (day) when the keepers of the bayath (house) shall zawai (tremble), and the chayal (wealth / substance / capability / valor) anashay (men) shall iwath (bow) themselves, and the tachanawath (grinders) batal (cease) because they are mait (few), and those who raah (see / saw) out of the arabawath (windows) are chashak (darkness),

And the dalathayam (doors) shall be sagar (shut) in the shawaq (street); when the qawal (sound / voice) of the tachanah (grinding) is shapal (low), and one shall qawam (rise up) up at the qawal (sound / voice) of a tzapawar (bird), and all the banawath (daughters) of music shall be shachach (brought) low;

Yes, they shall be yaraa (fear / be afraid) of gabah (heights), and terrors will be in the darak (way); and the shaqad (almond) tree shall blossom, and the grasshopper shall be a sabal (burden), and abayawanah (desire) shall parar (fail); because adam (man) halak (move) to his iwalam (eternity) bayath (house), and the sapadayam (mourners) sabab (go) about the shawaq (streets):

Laa (NOT) the kasap (silver) chabal (cord) is severed, or the zahab (gold) galah (spring / basin / bowl) is ratzatz (broken), or the kad (pitcher) is shabar (broken) at the mabawai (spring), or the galagal (wheel) ratzatz (broken) at the bawar (cistern),

And the ipar (dust) shawab (turn back / repent) to the aratz (Earth/land) as it was, and the rawach (spirit / wind) shawab (turn back / repent) to Alahayam () who nathan (give) it.

“Habal (vanity) of habalayam (vanities),” amar (said) the qahalath (preacher). “All is habal (vanity)!”

Further, because the qahalath (preacher) was chakam (wise), he still lamad (teach / instruct) the im (nation / people) daith (knowledge). Yes, he pondered, chaqar (sought) out, and thaqan (set) in order many mashalayam (proverbs).

The qahalath (preacher) baqash (sought) to matzaa (find) out chapatz (acceptable) dabaray (words), and that which was kathab (write) blamelessly, dabaray (words) of amath (truth).

The dabaray (words) of the chakam (wise) are like darabanawath (goads); and like mashamarawath (nails) well natai (fastened) are words from the bailay (masters) of asapawath (assemblies), which are nathan (give) from achad (one) raih (shepherd).

Furthermore, my ban (son), be zahar (warn): of ishah (make) many saparayam (books) there is no qatz (end); and much lahag (study) is a yagaih (weariness) of the bashar (flesh).

This is the sawap (end) of the dabar (word / matter). All has been shamai (hearken / hear). Yaraa (fear / be afraid) Alahayam (), and shamar (keep/guard) his matzawah (commandments); for this is the whole duty of adam (man).

For Alahayam () will bawaa (come) every maishah (work) into mashapat (judgment), with every ilam (hidden) thing, whether it is tawab (good / proper function), or whether it is rai (evil).
