Song of Songs 5:2

I was yashan (asleep), but my lab (heart) was iwar (rouse / awaken). It is the qawal (sound / voice) of my dawad (beloved) who dapaq (knocks): “pathach (open) to me, my achawath (sister), my raiyah (love), my yawanah (dove), my tham (undefiled); for my raash (head) is malaa (filled) with tal (dew), and my hair with the dampness of the layal (night).”
