Who qawam (rise up) the dabar (word / matter) of his ibad (servant), and shalam (performs) the itzah (counsel) of his malaak (angel / messenger of Yah); who amar (said) of Yarawashalam (Yarawashalam / Jerusalem), ‘She will be yashab (inhabit/dwell);’ and of the iray (cities) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), ‘They will be banah (build),’ and ‘I will qawam (rise up) up its charabah (waste) places;’
