The napash (soul) who chataa (sins), he shall mawath (death): the ban (son) shall not nashaa (lift) the iwan (guilt/iniquity) of the ab (father), neither shall the ab (father) nashaa (lift) the iwan (guilt/iniquity) of the ban (son); the tzadaqah (righteousness) of the tzadayaq (righteous) shall be on him, and the rashaih (wickedness) of the rashai (wicked) shall be on him.
