You haven't chazaq (strengthened) the chalah (afflict), neither have you rapaa (healed) that which was chalah (afflict), neither have you chabash (bound) up that which was shabar (broken), neither have you shawab (turn) back that which was nadach (driven) away, neither have you baqash (sought) that which was abad (destroy / perish); but with chazaqah (force) and with rigor you radah (rule over / have dominion of / subdue) ruled over them.
