Every lodge was achad (one) qanah (reed) arak (length), and achad (one) qanah (reed) rachab (broad); and the space between the lodges was chamash (five) amawath (cubits); and the sap (threshold) of the shair (gate) by the awalam (porch) of the shair (gate) toward the house was one qanah (reed).
