“The chamash (five) alap (thousand) that are yathar (left) in the rachab (breadth), in panayam (face) of the isharayam (twenty) - chamash (five) alap (thousand), shall be for chal (common) use, for the iyar (city), for mawashab (dwelling) and for magarash (suburbs); and the iyar (city) shall be in its thawak (midst).
