He shall ishah (make) with the strongest fortresses by the help of a foreign Alawah (): whoever nakar (acknowledges) him he will rabah (increase) with kabawad (glory); and he shall mashal (rule/have dominion) them to rule over many, and shall chalaq (divide) the adamah (land) for a machayar (price).
