“‘If a ayash (man / husband) shakab (lies) zarai (carnally) with a ayashah (woman / wife) who is a shapachah (slave) girl, pledged to be married to another ayash (man / husband), and not padah (ransomed), or nathan (give) her chapashah (freedom); they shall be punished. They shall not be put to mawath (death), because she was not chapash (free).
