15 WaNathanath (And you put) Ilayah (over it) Shaman (oil), WaNathanath (and lay) WaShawamath (and place / establish / appoint) Ilayah (over it) Labawanah (frankincense): Manachah (Meal Offering / Gift) Hawaa (which/who/that is).
