If it isn't gaal (redeemed) within the malaa (space) of a thamayam (complete / whole) shanah (year), then the bayath (house) that is in the chawamah (walled) iyar (city) shall be qawam (rise up) sure in perpetuity to him who bought it, throughout his dawar (generation / age / period). It shall not be released in the yawabal (jubilee).
