Jonah 1:5

Then the malachayam (mariners) were yaraa (fear / be afraid), and every ayash (man / husband) zaiq (cried) to his Alahayam (). They threw the cargo that was in the anayah (ship) into the yam (sea/waters) to lighten the ship. But Yawanah (Jonah) had yarad (gone) down into the innermost yarakathay (parts) of the sapayanah (ship), and he was shakab (laying) down, and was radam (fast) asleep.
