7 This is what Yahawah () of tzabaawath (armies) amar (spoke): “shawam (place / establish / appoint) your darak (ways).
8 Ilah (go up / offer) up to the har (mountain), bawaa (come) itz (wood), and banah (build) the bayath (house). I will ratzah (take) pleasure in it, and I will be kabad (glorified),” amar (spoke) Yahawah ().
9 “You panah (turn) for much, and, behold, it came to mait (little); and when you bawaa (come) it bayath (house), I napach (blew) it away. Why?” Naam (declares prophetically) Yahawah () of tzabaawath (armies), “yain (because) of my bayath (house) that lies charab (waste), while each of you is busy with his own bayath (house).
10 Therefore for your sake the shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) kalaa (withhold) the tal (dew), and the aratz (Earth/land) kalaaw (withholds) its yabawal (fruit).
11 I qaraa (called) for a charab (drought) on the aratz (Earth/land), on the harayam (mountains), on the grain, on the new thayarawash (wine), on the yatzahar (fresh oil), on that which the adamah (ground) yatzaa (go out / come out) forth, on adam (men), on livestock, and on all the yagayai (labor) of the kapayam (hands).”
