2 “Dabar (word / matter) to the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and amar (said) them, ‘When you bawaa (bring) come into the aratz (Earth/land) of your habitations, which I nathan (give) to you,

5 And yayan (wine) for the drink nasak (offering), the rabayaiy (fourth) part of a hayan (hin), you shall ishah (make) with the burnt nasak (offering), or for the zabach (sacrifice), for achad (one) kabash (lamb).
6 “‘Or for a ayal (ram), you shall ishah (make) for a meal manachah (offering) shanayam (two) isharawan (tenth) parts of an ephah of fine salath (flour) balal (mixed) with the shalayashay (third) part of a hayan (hin) of shaman (oil):
7 And for the drink nasak (offering) you shall qarab (come close) the shalayashay (third) part of a hayan (hin) of yayan (wine), of a pleasant aroma to Yahawah ().
8 When you ishah (make) a bull for a burnt ilah (offering), or for a zabach (sacrifice), to palaa (be wonderful / extraordinary / marvelous) a nadar (vow), or for shalam (peace) offerings to Yahawah ();
9 Then shall he qarab (come close) with the baqar (morning) a meal manachah (offering) of shalawash (three) isharawan (tenth) parts of an ephah of fine salath (flour) balal (mixed) with chatzay (half) a hayan (hin) of shaman (oil):
10 And you shall qarab (come close) for the drink nasak (offering) chatzay (half) a hayan (hin) of yayan (wine), for an ashah (fire / offering made by fire) made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahawah ().
11 Thus shall it be ishah (make) for achad (one) shawar (bull), or for achad (one) ayal (ram), or for each of the male kabashayam (lambs), or of the young izayam (goats).
12 According to the masapar (number) that you shall ishah (make), so you shall ishah (make) to everyone according to their masapar (number).
13 “‘All who are native-born shall ishah (make) these things in this way, in qarab (come close) an ashah (fire / offering made by fire) made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahawah ().
14 If a gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be thawak (midst) you throughout your dawar (generation / age / period), and will ishah (make) an ashah (fire / offering made by fire) made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahawah (); as you ishah (make), so he shall ishah (make).
15 For the qahal (assembly), there shall be achad (one) chaqah (statute) for you, and for the gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who lives as a foreigner, a chaqah (statute) iwalam (forever) throughout your dawar (generation / age / period): as you are, so shall the foreigner be panayam (face) Yahawah ().
16 Achad (one) thawarah (Torah / Instruction) and achad (one) mashapat (ordinance) shall be for you, and for the gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

18 “Dabar (word / matter) to the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and amar (said) them, ‘When you bawaa (bring) into the aratz (Earth/land) where I bawaa (bring) you,
19 Then it shall be that when you akal (eat) of the lacham (bread) of the aratz (Earth/land), you shall rawam (will lift up) up a wave tharawamah (offering) to Yahawah ().
20 Of the raashayath (beginning) of your irayasah (dough) you shall rawam (will lift up) up a chalah (cake) for a wave tharawamah (offering): as the wave tharawamah (offering) of the garan (threshing) floor, so you shall rawam (will lift up) it.
21 Of the raashayath (beginning) of your irayasah (dough) you shall nathan (give) to Yahawah () a wave tharawamah (offering) throughout your dawar (generation / age / period).
22 “‘When you shall shagah (err), and not ishah (make) all these matzawath (commandments), which Yahawah () has dabar (word / matter) to Mashah (Moses),
23 Even all that Yahawah () has tzawah (commanded) you by Mashah (Moses), from the yawam (day) that Yahawah () gave commandment, and onward throughout your dawar (generation / age / period);
24 Then it shall be, if it be ishah (make) shagagah (unwittingly), without the iyan (eye) of the idah (congregation), that all the idah (congregation) shall ishah (make) achad (one) ban (son) par (bull) for a burnt ilah (offering), for a pleasant aroma to Yahawah (), with the meal manachah (offering) of it, and the drink nasak (offering) of it, according to the mashapat (ordinance), and achad (one) male shaiyar (goat) for a chataah (sin) offering.
25 The kahan (priest) shall make kapar (atonement) for all the idah (congregation) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and they shall be salach (forgive/pardon/make clean); for it was an shagagah (error), and they bawaa (come) brought their qaraban (offering), an ashah (fire / offering made by fire) made by fire to Yahawah (), and their chataah (sin) offering panayam (face) Yahawah (), for their shagagah (error):
26 And all the idah (congregation) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) shall be salach (forgive/pardon/make clean), and the gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who lives as a foreigner thawak (midst) them; for in respect of all the im (nation / people) it was done shagagah (unwittingly).
27 “‘If napash (soul) napash (soul) chataa (sins) shagagah (unwittingly), then he shall qarab (come close) a female iz (goat) a shanah (year) old for a chataah (sin) offering.

29 You shall have achad (one) thawarah (Torah / Instruction) for him who ishah (make) anything shagagah (unwittingly), for him who is native-born among the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and for the gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who lives as a foreigner thawak (midst) them.
30 “‘But the napash (soul) who ishah (make) anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, the same gadap (blasphemes) Yahawah (); and that napash (soul) shall be karath (cut) off from qarab (among / near) his im (nation / people).
31 Because he has bazah (despised) the dabar (word / matter) of Yahawah (), and has parar (broken) his matzawah (commandment), that napash (soul) shall karath (cut) be karath (cut) off; his iwan (guilt/iniquity) shall be on him.’”
32 While the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) were in the madabar (wilderness), they matzaa (found) a ayash (man / husband) qashash (gathering) itzayam (sticks) on the shabath (shabath / rest) yawam (day).
33 Those who matzaa (found) him qashash (gathering) itzayam (sticks) qarab (come close) him to Mashah (Moses) and Aharawan (Aaron), and to all the idah (congregation).
34 They yanach (put) him in custody, because it had not been parash (declared) what should be ishah (make) to him.

38 “Dabar (word / matter) to the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), and amar (said) them that they should ishah (make) themselves tzayatzath (fringes) in the kanapay (borders) of their bagad (garments) throughout their dawar (generation / age / period), and that they nathan (give) on the tzayatzath (fringe) of each kanap (border) a cord of thakalath (blue):
39 And it shall be to you for a tzayatzath (fringe), that you may raah (see) on it, and zakar (remember) all the matzawath (commandments) of Yahawah (), and ishah (make) them; and that you not follow achar (other) your own labab (heart) and your own iyan (eye), achar (other) which you use to zanah (play) the prostitute;
40 That you may zakar (remember) and ishah (make) all my matzawah (commandments), and be qadawash (holy) to your Alahayam ().
41 I am Yahawah () your Alahayam (), who yatzaa (go out / come out) you out of the aratz (Earth/land) of Matzarayam (Egypt), to be your Alahayam (): I am Yahawah () your Alahayam ().”
