For the qahal (assembly), there shall be achad (one) chaqah (statute) for you, and for the gar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) who lives as a foreigner, a chaqah (statute) iwalam (forever) throughout your dawar (generation / age / period): as you are, so shall the foreigner be panayam (face) Yahawah ().
