The same shall chataa (purify) himself with water on the shalayashay (third) yawam (day), and on the shabayaiy (seventh) yawam (day) he shall be tahar (clean): but if he doesn't chataa (purify) himself the shalayashay (third) yawam (day), then the shabayaiy (seventh) yawam (day) he shall not be tahar (clean).
