“‘If a foreigner lives among you, and desires to ishah (make) the pasach (passover) to Yahawah (); according to the chaqah (statute) of the pasach (passover), and according to its chaqah (ordinance), so shall he ishah (make). You shall have achad (one) chaqah (statute), both for the foreigner, and for him who is azarach (born) in the aratz (Earth/land).’”
