You shall arash (betroth) a ayashah (woman / wife), and achar (other) ayash (man / husband) shall shagal (lie) with her: you shall banah (build) a bayath (house), and you shall not yashab (inhabit/dwell) therein: you shall natai (plant) a karam (vineyard), and shall not use its fruit.
