1 Then the raashay (heads) of abawath (fathers)’ houses of the Lawayay (Levites) nagash (came) near to Alaizar (Eleazar) the kahan (priest), and to Yahawashawai (Joshua) the ban (son) of Nawan (Nun), and to the raashay (heads) of abawath (fathers)’ houses of the matawath (tribes) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel).
2 They dabar (word / matter) to them at Shayalah (Shiloh) in the aratz (Earth/land) of Kanain (Canaan), amar (spoke), “Yahawah () tzawah (commanded) Mashah (Moses) to nathan (give) us irayam (cities) to yashab (inhabit/dwell) in, with their magarash (suburbs) for our livestock.”
3 The banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) nathan (give) to the Lawayay (Levites) out of their nachalah (inheritance), pah (according) to the commandment of Yahawah (), these irayam (cities) with their magarash (suburbs).
4 The gawaral (lot) yatzaa (go out / come out) out for the mashapachath (families) of the Qahathay (Kohathites). The banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron) the kahan (priest), who were of the Lawayay (Levites), had thirteen irayam (cities) by gawaral (lot) out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of the Shamainay (Simeonites), and out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Banayamayan (Benjamin).
5 The yathar (rest) of the banay (my son) of Qahath (Kohath) had ishar (ten) irayam (cities) by gawaral (lot) out of the mashapachath (families) of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Aparayam (Ephraim), out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Dan (Dan), and out of the half-tribe of Manashah (Manasseh).
6 The banay (my son) of Garashawan (Gershon) had thirteen irayam (cities) by gawaral (lot) out of the mashapachawath (families) of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Yashashakar (Issachar), out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Ashar (who/that), out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Napathalay (Naphtali), and out of the half-tribe of Manashah (Manasseh) in Bashan (Bashan).
7 The banay (my son) of Mararay (Merari) according to their mashapachah (tribe / clan / family) had shanayam (two) irayam (cities) out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Raawaban (Reuben), out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Gad (Gad), and out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Zabawalawan (Zebulun).
8 The banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) nathan (give) these irayam (cities) with their magarash (suburbs) by gawaral (lot) to the Lawayay (Levites), as Yahawah () tzawah (commanded) by Mashah (Moses).
9 They nathan (give) out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of the banay (my son) of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), and out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of the banay (my son) of Shamaiwan (Simeon), these irayam (cities) which are qaraa (called) by sham (name):
10 And they were for the banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron), of the mashapachawath (families) of the Qahathay (Kohathites), who were of the banay (my son) of Laway (Levi); for theirs was the raashawan (first) gawaral (lot).
11 They nathan (give) them Kiriath qarayathaarabai (arba), named after the ab (father) of Inaq (Anak) (the same is Chabarawan (Hebron)), in the har (mountain) country of Yahawadah (Yahawadah / Judah), with its magarash (suburbs) around it.
12 But they nathan (give) the shadah (fields) of the iyar (city) and its chatzar (villages) to Kalab (Caleb) the ban (son) of Yapanah (Jephunneh) for his achazah (possession).
13 To the banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron) the kahan (priest) they nathan (give) Chabarawan (Hebron) with its magarash (suburbs), the iyar (city) of maqalat (refuge) for the manslayer, Labanah (Libnah) with its magarash (suburbs),
14 Yathayar (Jattir) with its magarash (suburbs), Ashathamai (Eshtemoa) with its magarash (suburbs),
15 Chalawan (Holon) with its magarash (suburbs), Dabayar (Debir) with its magarash (suburbs),
16 Iyan (eye) with its magarash (suburbs), Yatah (Juttah) with its magarash (suburbs), and Bayath-Shamash (Beth Shemesh) with its magarash (suburbs); thashai (nine) irayam (cities) out of those shanayam (two) shabatayam (tribes).
17 Out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Banayamayan (Benjamin), Gabaiwan (Gibeon) with its magarash (suburbs), Gabai (Geba) with its magarash (suburbs),
18 Inathawath (Anathoth) with its magarash (suburbs), and Ilamawan (Almon) with its magarash (suburbs); arabai (four) irayam (cities).
19 All the iray (cities) of the banay (my son) of Aharawan (Aaron), the kahanayam (priests), were thirteen iray (cities) with their magarash (suburbs).
20 The mashapachawath (families) of the banay (my son) of Qahath (Kohath), the Lawayay (Levites), even the yathar (rest) of the banay (my son) of Qahath (Kohath), had the iray (cities) of their gawaral (lot) out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Aparayam (Ephraim).
21 They nathan (give) them Shakam (Shechem) with its magarash (suburbs) in the har (mountain) country of Aparayam (Ephraim), the iyar (city) of maqalat (refuge) for the manslayer, and Gazar (Gezer) with its magarash (suburbs),
22 Qabatzayam (Kibzaim) with its magarash (suburbs), and Bayathachawarawan (Beth Horon) with its magarash (suburbs); arabai (four) irayam (cities).
23 Out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Dan (Dan), Alathaqaa (Elteke) with its magarash (suburbs), Gabathawan (Gibbethon) with its magarash (suburbs),
24 Ayalawan (Aijalon) with its magarash (suburbs), Gatharamawan (Gath Rimmon) with its magarash (suburbs); arabai (four) irayam (cities).

28 Out of the matah (staff / rod / tribe) of Yashashakar (Issachar), Qashayawan (Kishion) with its magarash (suburbs), dabarath (daberath) with its magarash (suburbs),

40 All these were the irayam (cities) of the banay (my son) of Mararay (Merari) according to their mashapachawath (families), even the yathar (rest) of the mashapachawath (families) of the Lawayay (Levites). Their gawaral (lot) was shanayam (two) irayam (cities).
41 All the iray (cities) of the Lawayay (Levites) in the midst of the achazah (possession) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) were arabaiyam (forty) - shamanah (eight) iray (cities) with their magarash (suburbs).
42 Each of these irayam (cities) included their magarash (suburbs) around them. It was this way with all these irayam (cities).
43 So Yahawah () nathan (give) to Yashar-Al (Israel) all the aratz (Earth/land) which he shabai (swear / take oath) to nathan (give) to their ab (father). They yarash (possessed) it, and lived in it.
44 Yahawah () gave them nawach (rest) all around, according to all that he shabai (swear / take oath) to their ab (father). Not a ayash (man / husband) of all their ayab (enemy) imad (stood) panayam (face) them. Yahawah () nathan (give) all their ayab (enemy) into their yad (hand).
45 Nothing napal (fall / be cast down) of any tawab (good / proper function) thing which Yahawah () had dabar (word / matter) to the bayath (house) of Yashar-Al (Israel). All bawaa (come) to pass.
