He ilah (go up / offer) up there to Panawaal (Penuel), and dabar (word / matter) to them in the same way; and the anashay (men) of Panawaal (Penuel) inah (answer / respond) him as the anashay (men) of Sakawath (Succoth) had inah (answer / respond).
