1 Samuel 30:12

They nathan (give) him a palach (piece) of a dabalah (fig cake) of figs, and shanayam (two) clusters of tzamaqayam (raisins). When he had akal (eat), his rawach (spirit / wind) shawab (turn) again to him; for he had akal (eat) no lacham (bread), nor shathah (drinks) any mayam (Waters), shalawash (three) yamayam (days) and shalawash (three) layalawath (nights).
