And the zaqanay (elders) of that iyar (city) shall yarad (bring) down the igalah (heifer) to a nachal (stream / river) with running ibad (servant), which is neither plowed nor zarai (sown), and shall irap (break) the igalah (heifer's) irap (neck) there in the nachal (stream / river).
