Mashah (Moses) qaraa (called) to all Yashar-Al (Israel), and amar (said) to them, “shamai (hearken / hear), Yashar-Al (Israel), the chaqayam (statutes) and the mashapatayam (ordinances) which I dabar (word / matter) in your azan (ear) this yawam (day), that you may lamad (teach / instruct) them, and shamar (keep/guard) to ishah (make) them.”
