KayaAm-Shanahayam (Surely although - rhetorical many years), HaRabah (multiply/become many) YaChayah (lives) HaAdam (Yes the man) BaKalam (in their every) YaShamach (rejoice); WaYaZakar (and remember) Ath-Yawamay (the entirety of day) HaChashak (the darkness), Kay-HaRabah (surely [causing] many). YaHayahaw (came to pass) Kal (every) ShaYaBawaa (that comes) Habal (vanity).
