“If anashayam (men) fight and nagap (hurt) a pregnant ayashah (woman / wife) so that she gives birth prematurely, and yet no harm follows, he shall be inash (surely) fined as much as the ayashah (woman / wife) bail (husband) demands and the palalayam (judges) allow.
