Whoever is shaar (left), in any maqawam (place) where he lives, let the anashay (men) of his maqawam (place) nashaa (lift) him with kasap (silver), with zahab (gold), with rakawash (wealth / property / goods / possessions), and with animals, besides the freewill nadabah (voluntary / freewill offering) for the bayath (house) of Alahayam () which is in Yarawashalam (Jerusalem).’”
