On Iyalam (Elam) will I bawaa (bring) the arabai (four) rawachawath (winds) from the arabai (four) quarters of the sky, and will zarah (scatter) them toward all those rawachawath (winds); and there shall be no gaway (heathen / nation) where the nadachay (outcasts) of Iyalam (Elam) shall not bawaa (bring).
