These irayam (cities) belonged to Aparayam (Ephraim) thawak (midst) the irayam (cities) of Manashah (Manasseh). The gabawal (border/boundary) of Manashah (Manasseh) was on the tzapawan (north) side of the nachal (stream / river), and ended at the yam (sea/waters).
