“But if you do not yarash (drive) out the yashabay (inhabitants) of the aratz (Earth/land) from panayam (face) you, then those you yathar (let) remain of them will be as shakayam (pricks) in your iyan (eye) and as tzanayanam (thorns) in your tzad (sides), and they will harass you in the aratz (Earth/land) in which you yashab (inhabit/dwell).
