“‘This is the thawarah (instruction) of the Nazirite who nadar (make vow), and of his qaraban (offering) to Yahawah () for his nazar (crown / consecrate), yad (hand) that which he is able to nashag (get). Pah (according) to his nadar (vow) which he nadar (vow), so he must ishah (make) after the thawarah (instruction) of his nazar (crown / consecrate).’”
