7 And Alayashamai (Elishama), and Bailayadai (Beeliada), and Alayapalat (Eliphelet).

9 Now the Palashathay (Philistines) bawaa (bring) come and pashat (made) a raid in the imaq (valley) of Rapaa (Rephaim).
10 Dawad (David) inquired of Alahayam (), amar (spoke), “Shall I ilah (go up / offer) up against the Palashathay (Philistines)? Will you nathan (give) them into my yad (hand)?” Yahawah () amar (spoke) to him, “ilah (go up / offer) up; for I will nathan (give) them into your yad (hand).”
11 So they ilah (go up / offer) up to Bailaparatzayam (Baal Perazim), and Dawad (David) nakah (struck) them there; and Dawad (David) amar (spoke), Alahayam () has paratz (broken) my ayab (enemy) by my yad (hand), like the paratz (breach) of mayam (Waters). Therefore they qaraa (called) the sham (name) of that maqawam (place) Bailaparatzayam (Baal Perazim).
12 They izab (left) their Alahayam () there; and Dawad (David) amar (spoke) commandment, and they were sharap (burned) with ash (fire).
13 The Palashathay (Philistines) yet again pashat (made) a raid in the imaq (valley).
14 Dawad (David) inquired again of Alahayam (); and Alahayam () amar (spoke) to him, “You shall not ilah (go up / offer) up achar (other) them. Sabab (turn) away from them, and bawaa (come) on them over mawal (against) the bakaa (mulberry) trees.
15 It shall be, when you shamai (hearken / hear) the qawal (sound / voice) of marching in the raashay (tops) of the bakaa (mulberry) trees, that then you shall yatzaa (go out / come out) out to malachamah (battle); for Alahayam () yatzaa (go out / come out) gone out panayam (face) you to nakah (strike) the machanah (army) of the Palashathay (Philistines).”
16 Dawad (David) ishah (make) as Alahayam () tzawah (commanded) him: and they nakah (struck) the machanah (army) of the Palashathay (Philistines) from Gabaiwan (Gibeon) even to Gazar (Gezer).
17 The sham (name) of Dawad (David) yatzaa (go out / come out) out into all aratzawath (lands); and Yahawah () nathan (give) the pachad (fear / dread) of him on all gawayam (nations).
