4 WaYaHayah (And came to pass) KaShamai (as heard) HaMalak (happened the king) Ath-Dabar (the entirety of word / matter) Ayash (man) HaAlahayam (the God), AsharaYaQaraa (who/that he cried) Il-HaMazabach (over against the altar) Bayath-Al (Bethel), Yarab-Im (Jeroboam) Al (El beth el) WaYaShalach (and put out) Ath-Yadaw (the entirety of his hand) MaIlaHaMazabach (from over the altar), LaAmar (saying), “Thapashaw (seize him)!” WaThaYabash (and dried up), Yadaw (his hand), AsharaYaShalach (who/that he put out against), Ilayaw (went up him) WaLaa (And not) YaYakal (he so that) LaHaShawayabah ([causing] draw it back again to) Alayaw (to him).
5 WaHaMazabach (And the altar) YaNaQarai (split apart), WaYaShapak (and ashes poured out) HaDashan (the 𐤃𐤔𐤍) Man-HaMazabach (from the altar), KaMawapath (according to sign) AsharaYaNathan (who/that given) Ayash (man) HaAlahayam (the God) BaDabar (by word) Yahawah ().

7 WaYaDabar (And said) HaMalak (the king) Al-Ayash (to man) HaAlahayam (the God), “Bawaah (come - emphatic) Athay (entirety me) HaBayathah (the toward home), WaSaidah (and refresh - emphatic yourself), WaANathanah (And I give) Lak (reward you) Mathath (Gift).”
8 WaYaAmar (And said) Ayash (man) HaAlahayam (the God) Al-HaMalak (to the king), “Am-ThaNathan (although - rhetorical you gave) Lay (for me) Ath-Chatzay (the entirety of half) Bayathak (your house), Laa (NOT) ABawaa (I go), Imak (with you) WaLaa (And not) AAkal (I eat) Lacham (bread) WaLaa (And not) AShathah (I drink) Mayam (waters) BaMaqawam (in place); HaZah (this / that / these)
9 Kay-Kan (Surely for sure) YaTzawah (it commanded) Athay (the entirety of me) BaDabar (by word) Yahawah (), LaAmar (saying), ‘Laa (NOT) ThaAkal (you eat) Lacham (bread), WaLaa (And not) ThaShathah (you drink) Mayam (waters), WaLaa (And not) ThaShawab (you return) BaDarak (by way) AsharaHalakath (who/that you came).’”
10 WaYaYalak (And he went) BaDarak (in way), Achar (other) WaLaa (And not) YaShawab (return) BaDarak (by way) AsharaYaBawaa (who/that he came) Bah (within him her) Al (to) Bayath-Al (Bethel).
11 WaNabayaa (And prophet) Bayath-Al (Bethel) Achad (one) Zaqan (Now lived old); Yashab (inhabit/dwell) Al (El beth el) WaYaBawaa (and came) Banaw (one of his sons) WaYaSapar (and told) Law (for him) Ath-Kal (the entirety of every) HaMaishah (the works) Ashar-YaIshah (who/that done) Ayash (man) HaAlahayam (the God) HaYawam (that day) Bayath-Al (Bethel). 13 WaYaAmar (And he said) Al-Banayaw (to his sons), “Chabashaw (you saddle) Lay (donkey me).” HaChamawar (the 𐤇𐤌𐤅𐤓) WaYaChabashaw (and saddled) Law (donkey him); HaChamawar (the 𐤇𐤌𐤅𐤓) WaYaRakab (and he rode) Ilayaw (went up him).
14 WaYaYalak (And he went) AcharayaAyash (after/following man) of HaAlahayam (the God), WaYaMatzaaw (and found him) him sitting HaAlah (the under an oak). WaYaAmar (And he said) to him, “Ayash (man) of HaAlahayam (the God) Bawaath (who came) MaYahawadah (from Judah)?” WaYaAmar (And he said), “I am.”
15 WaYaAmar (And he said), “Alayaw (to him) Yalak (Go / Move) Athay (entirety me) HaBayathah (the toward home), WaAkal (and eat) Lacham (bread).”
16 WaYaAmar (And he said), “Laa (NOT) AYawakal (𐤉𐤅𐤊𐤋) LaShawab (return), Athak (entirety you) WaLaBawaa (and go); Athak (entirety you) WaLaa (And not) AAkal (I eat) Lacham (bread) WaLaa (And not) AShathah (I drink) Athak (entirety you) Mayam (waters) BaMaqawam (in place) HaZah (this / that / these).
17 Kay-Dabar (Surely word / matter) Alay (to me) BaDabar (by word) Yahawah (), ‘Laa (NOT) ThaAkal (you eat) Lacham (bread) WaLaa (And not) ThaShathah (you drink) Sham (there) Mayam (waters), Laa (NOT) ThaShawab (you turn) LaYalakath (to go) BaDarak (by way) Ashar-Halakath (who/that you came) Bah (within him her).’”
18 WaYaAmar (And he said), “Law (for him) Gam (indeed / moreover) Anay (I / Me) Nabayaa (prophet/prophecy); Kamawak (𐤊𐤌𐤅 you) WaMalaak (and angel) YaDabar (spoke) Alay (to me) BaDabar (by word) Yahawah (), LaAmar (saying), ‘HaShawabaw ([causing] bring him back) Athak (entirety you) Al-Bayathak (to your house), WaYaAkal (and he eat) Lacham (bread) WaYaShathah (and drink) Mayam (waters).’” YaKachash (lied) Law (for him).
19 WaYaShawab (And he went back), Athaw (entirety him) WaYaAkal (and ate) Lacham (bread) BaBayathaw (in his house), WaYaShathah (and drank) Mayam (waters).
20 WaYaHayah (And came to pass) Ham (they / them) Yashabayam (happened sat - plural) Al-HaShalachan (to the table), WaYaHayah (and came to pass) Dabar (word / matter) Yahawah () Al-HaNabayaa (to the prophet) AsharaHaShawayabaw (who/that [causing] brought him back);

22 WaThaShawab (And you came back), WaThaAkal (and you eaten) Lacham (bread) WaThaShathah (and you drunk) Mayam (waters) BaMaqawam (in place) AsharaYaDabar (who/that he said), “Alayak (to you) Al (not) ThaAkal (you eat) Lacham (bread), WaAl (and not) ThaShathah ([reflexive] drink) Mayam (waters);” Laa (NOT) ThaBawaa (you come) Nabalahathak (your body) Al-Qabar (to grave / tomb / sepulcher) Abathayak (your fathers).’”
23 WaYaHayah (And came to pass) AcharayaAkalaw (happened after/following eaten him) Lacham (bread), WaAcharayaShathahawathaw (and after drunk him - plural), WaYaChabash (and he saddled) Law (for him) HaChamawar (the 𐤇𐤌𐤅𐤓) LaNabayaa (donkey for prophet) AsharaHaShawayabaw (who/that [causing] brought back him).
24 WaYaYalak (And he gone), WaYaMatzaaw (and met him) Arayah (lion) BaDarak (by way), WaYaMawayathaw (and killed him). WaThaHayah (and came to pass) Nabalahathaw (his body) MaShalakath (cast) BaDarak (in way), WaHaChamawar (and the 𐤇𐤌𐤅𐤓) Imad (donkey stood). 26 WaYaShamai (And heard), HaNabayaa (the prophet) AsharaHaShawayabaw (who/that [causing] brought him back) Man-HaDarak (from the way) WaYaAmar (and he said), “Ayash (man) HaAlahayam (the God) Hawaa (which/who/that is) AsharaYaMarah (who/that disobedient) Ath-Pahay (the entirety of mouth) Yahawah (). WaYaNathanaw (And therefore delivered him) Yahawah () LaArayah (to lion), WaYaShabaraw (and break him) WaYaMawathaw (and mauled him slain), KaDabar (as word) Yahawah (), AsharaYaDabar (who/that he spoke) Law (for him).”

28 WaYaYalak (And he went) WaYaMatzaa (and found) Ath-Nabalahathaw (the entirety of his body) MaShalakath (cast) BaDarak (in way), WaChamawar (and 𐤇𐤌𐤅𐤓) WaHaArayah (and donkey the lion) Imadayam (standing - plural) AtzalaHaNabalah (𐤀𐤑𐤋 the body). WaYaBawaa (and he came) Al-Iyar (to city) HaNabayaa (the prophet) HaZaqan (the old) LaSapad (to mourn), WaLaQabaraw (and to bury him).
30 WaYaYanach (And he laid) Ath-Nabalahathaw (the entirety of his body) BaQabaraw (in his grave); WaYaSapadaw (and mourned) Ilayaw (over him saying), “Haway (Alas/Woe!), Achay (my brother)!”
31 WaYaHayah (And came to pass) AcharayaQabaraw (happened after/following buried him), Athaw (the entirety of him) WaYaAmar (and he spoke) Al-Banayaw (to his sons), LaAmar (saying), “BaMawathay (when dead me), WaQabaratham (and you bury) Athay (the entirety of me) BaQabar (in tomb) AsharaAyash (who/that man) HaAlahayam (the God) Qabawar (bury). Baw (within him) AtzalaItzamathayaw (𐤀𐤑𐤋 his bones) HaYanayachaw (you [causing] lay) Ath-Itzamathay (the entirety of beside my bones).
