He imad (appointed), according to the mashapat (ordinance) of Dawad (David) his ab (father), the machalaqawath (divisions) of the kahanayam (priests) to their ibadah (service), and the Lawayay (Levites) to their mashamarath (duty / watch), to halal (praise), and to sharath (minister) before the kahanayam (priests), as the dabar (word / matter) of every yawam (day) yawam (day); the shawairayam (doorkeepers) also by their machalaqawath (divisions) at every shair (gate): for so had Dawad (David) the ayash (man / husband) of Alahayam () commanded.
