For the abayawan (poor) will never chadal (cease) out of the aratz (Earth/land): therefore I tzawah (command) you, amar (said), You shall surely pathach (open) your yad (hand) to your ach (brother/kinsman), to your abayawan (needy), and to your inay (poor), in your aratz (Earth/land).
