This is the dabar (word / matter) of the shamatah (release): every mashah (Moses) shall shamatah (release) that which he has nashah (lent) to his neighbor; he shall not nagash (exact) it of his neighbor and his ach (brother/kinsman); because Yahawah () shamatah (release) has been qaraa (called).
