You shall nathan (give) shapatayam (judges) and shatarayam (officers) in all your shair (gates), which Yahawah () your Alahayam () nathan (give) you, according to your shabat (tribes); and they shall shapat (judge / judgement) the im (nation / people) with tzadaq (righteous / just / fair) mashapat (judgment).
