I will qawam (rise up) them up a nabayaa (prophet/prophecy) from qarab (among / near) their ach (brother/kinsman), like you; and I will nathan (give) my dabar (word / matter) in his pah (mouth), and he shall dabar (word / matter) to them all that I shall tzawah (command) him.
