And it shall be, that the iyar (city) which is nearest to the chalal (slain) man, even the zaqanay (elders) of that iyar (city) shall laqach (take / seize) a baqar (morning) of the herd, which hasn't been ibad (servant) with, and which has not mashak (drawn) in the il (over);
