Now, Yashar-Al (Israel), shamai (hearken / hear) to the chaqayam (statutes) and to the mashapatayam (ordinances), which I lamad (teach / instruct) you, to ishah (make) them; that you may chayah (live), and bawaa (come) in and yarash (possess) the aratz (Earth/land) which Yahawah (), the Alahayam () of your ab (father), nathan (give) you.
You shall not yasap (add) to the dabar (word / matter) which I tzawah (command) you, neither shall you garai (diminish) from it, that you may shamar (keep/guard) the matzawath (commandments) of Yahawah () your Alahayam () which I tzawah (command) you.
Your iyan (eye) raah (see) seen what Yahawah () ishah (make) because of Bailapaiwar (Baal) Paiwar (Peor); for all the ayash (man / husband) who achar (other) Bailapaiwar (Baal) Paiwar (Peor), Yahawah () your Alahayam () has destroyed them from the qarab (among / near) of you.
But you who were dabaq (faithful) to Yahawah () your Alahayam () are all chay (life) this yawam (day).
Raah (see), I have lamad (teach / instruct) you chaqayam (statutes) and mashapatayam (ordinances), even as Yahawah () my Alahayam () tzawah (commanded) me, that you should ishah (make) so in the midst of the aratz (Earth/land) where you bawaa (come) in to yarash (possess) it.
Shamar (keep/guard) therefore and ishah (make) them; for this is your chakamah (wisdom) and your bayanah (understanding) in the iyan (eye) of the imayam (peoples), who shall shamai (hearken / hear) all these chaqayam (statutes), and amar (said), “Surely this gadawal (very great/important/mighty) gaway (heathen / nation) is a chakam (wise) and bayan (between) imayam (people).”
For what gadawal (very great/important/mighty) gaway (heathen / nation) is there, that has a Alahayam () so qarawab (near) to them, as Yahawah () our Alahayam () is whenever we qaraa (called) on him?
What gadawal (very great/important/mighty) gaway (heathen / nation) is there, that has chaqayam (statutes) and mashapatayam (ordinances) so tzadayaq (righteous) as all this thawarah (Torah / Instruction), which I nathan (give) panayam (face) you this yawam (day)?
Only shamar (keep/guard) heed to yourself, and shamar (keep/guard) your napash (soul) maad (diligently), lest you shakach (forget) the things which your iyan (eye) raah (see / saw), and lest they sawar (depart) from your labab (heart) all the yamay (days) of your chay (life); but yadai (make) them known to your banay (my son) and your banay (my son) banay (my son);
The yawam (day) that you imad (stood) panayam (face) Yahawah () your Alahayam () in Charab (Horeb), when Yahawah () amar (spoke) to me, “qahal (assemble) me the im (nation / people), and I will shamai (hearken / hear) them hear my dabar (word / matter), that they may lamad (teach / instruct) to yaraa (fear / be afraid) me all the yamayam (days) that they chay (life) on the adamah (earth), and that they may lamad (teach / instruct) their ban (son).”
You qarab (come close) near and imad (stood) under the har (mountain); and the har (mountain) bair (burned) with ash (fire) to the lab (heart) of the sky, with irapal (darkness), cloud, and thick chashak (darkness).
Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) to you out of the thawak (midst) of the ash (fire): you shamai (hearken / hear) the qawal (sound / voice) of dabarayam (words), but you raah (see) no form; you only heard a qawal (sound / voice).
He nagad (declared) to you his barayath (covenant), which he tzawah (commanded) you to ishah (make), even the ishar (ten) commandments; and he kathab (write) them on shanayam (two) lachawath (tables) of aban (stone).
Yahawah () tzawah (commanded) me at that ith (time) to lamad (teach / instruct) you chaqayam (statutes) and mashapatayam (ordinances), that you might ishah (make) them in the aratz (Earth/land) where you ibar (pass over/through) over to yarash (possess) it.
Take therefore maad (good) shamar (keep/guard) to yourselves; for you raah (see) no kind of form on the yawam (day) that Yahawah () dabar (word / matter) to you in Charab (Horeb) out of the thawak (midst) of the ash (fire).
Lest you shachath (corrupt) yourselves, and ishah (make) yourself an engraved pasal (image) in the form of any samal (figure), the thabanayath (likeness) of zakar (remember) or naqabah (female),
The thabanayath (likeness) of any animal that is on the aratz (Earth/land), the thabanayath (likeness) of any kanap (winged) tzapawar (bird) that flies in the sky,
The thabanayath (likeness) of anything that ramash (creeps) on the adamah (ground), the thabanayath (likeness) of any dagah (fish) that is in the mayam (Waters) under the aratz (Earth/land);
And lest you nashaa (lift) up your iyan (eye) to the sky, and when you raah (see) the shamash (sun) and the yarach (moon) and the kawakabayam (stars), even all the tzabaa (troop) of the sky, you are nadach (drawn) away and shachah (worship) them, and ibad (servant) them, which Yahawah () your Alahayam () chalaq (has) allotted to all the imayam (peoples) under the whole sky.
But Yahawah () has laqach (take / seize) you, and yatzaa (go out / come out) you forth out of the barazal (iron) kawar (furnace), out of Matzarayam (Egypt), to be to him a im (nation / people) of nachalah (inheritance), as at this yawam (day).
Furthermore Yahawah () was anap (angry) with me for your dabar (word / matter), and shabai (swear / take oath) that I should not ibar (pass over/through) over the Yaradan (Jordan), and that I should not bawaa (come) in to that tawab (good / proper function) aratz (Earth/land), which Yahawah () your Alahayam () nathan (give) you for an nachalah (inheritance):
But I must mawath (death) in this aratz (Earth/land), I must not ibar (pass over/through) over the Yaradan (Jordan); but you shall ibar (pass over/through) over, and yarash (possess) that tawab (good / proper function) aratz (Earth/land).
Shamar (keep/guard) heed to yourselves, lest you shakach (forget) the barayath (covenant) of Yahawah () your Alahayam (), which he karath (cut) with you, and ishah (make) you an engraved pasal (image) in the form of anything which Yahawah () your Alahayam () has forbidden you.
For Yahawah () your Alahayam () is a akal (eat) ash (fire), a qanaa (jealous) Alahayam ().
When you shall yalad (birth / begot) banayam (children), and banayam (childrens) banayam (children), and you shall have been yashan (long) in the aratz (Earth/land), and shall shachath (corrupt) yourselves, and ishah (make) an engraved pasal (image) in the form of anything, and shall ishah (make) that which is rai (evil) in the iyan (eye) of Yahawah () your Alahayam (), to provoke him to kais (anger);
I iwad (admonish/bear witness against) shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) and aratz (Earth/land) to iwad (admonish/bear witness against) against you this yawam (day), that you shall mahar (soon) abad (destroy / perish) abad (destroy / perish) from off the aratz (Earth/land) whereunto you ibar (pass over/through) over the Yaradan (Jordan) to yarash (possess) it; you shall not prolong your yamayam (days) on it, but shall shamad (utterly) be destroyed.
Yahawah () will pawatz (scatter) you among the imayam (peoples), and you shall be shaar (left) math (few) in masapar (number) among the gawayam (nations), where Yahawah () shall nahag (lead) you away.
There you shall ibad (servant) Alahayam (), the maishah (work) of adam (men's) yaday (hands), itz (wood) and aban (stone), which neither raah (see), nor shamai (hearken / hear), nor akal (eat), nor rawach (spirit / wind).
But from there you shall baqash (seek) Yahawah () your Alahayam (), and you shall matzaa (find) him, when you darash (search) after him with all your labab (heart) and with all your napash (soul).
When you are in oppression, and all these things matzaa (have) come on you, in the acharayath (latter) yamayam (days) you shall shawab (turn back / repent) to Yahawah () your Alahayam (), and shamai (hearken / hear) to his qawal (sound / voice):
For Yahawah () your Alahayam () is a rachawam (merciful) Alahayam (); he will not rapah (fail) you, neither shachath (destroy) you, nor shakach (forget) the barayath (covenant) of your ab (father) which he shabai (swear / take oath) to them.
For shaal (ask) now of the yamayam (days) that are raashawan (past), which were panayam (face) you, since the yawam (day) that Alahayam () baraa (created) adam (man) on the aratz (Earth/land), and from the one qatzah (end / extremity / border) of the sky to the other, whether there has been anything as this gadawal (very great/important/mighty) thing is, or has been shamai (hearken / hear) like it?
Did a im (nation / people) ever shamai (hearken / hear) the qawal (sound / voice) of Alahayam () dabar (word / matter) out of the thawak (midst) of the ash (fire), as you have shamai (hearken / hear), and chayah (live)?
Or has Alahayam () nasah (tried) to bawaa (come) and laqach (take / seize) a gaway (heathen / nation) for himself from the qarab (among / near) of another gaway (heathen / nation), by masath (trials), by athath (signs), and by mawapathayam (wonders), and by malachamah (war), and by a chazaq (mighty) yad (hand), and by an natah (outstretched) zarawai (arm), and by gadawal (very great/important/mighty) mawaraayam (terrors), according to all that Yahawah () your Alahayam () ishah (make) for you in Matzarayam (Egypt) before your iyan (eye)?
It was shown to you so that you might yadai (know) that Yahawah () is Alahayam (). There is no one iwad (more/again) bad (besides) him.
Out of shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) he shamai (hearken / hear) you to hear his qawal (sound / voice), that he might yasar (instruct) you: and on aratz (Earth/land) he made you to raah (see / saw) his gadawal (very great/important/mighty) ash (fire); and you shamai (hearken / hear) his dabar (word / matter) out of the thawak (midst) of the ash (fire).
Because he ahab (love) your ab (father), therefore he bachar (chose) their zarai (seed) achar (other) them, and yatzaa (go out / come out) you out with his panayam (face), with his gadawal (very great/important/mighty) kach (strength / mighty / power), out of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt);
To yarash (drive) out gawayam (heathen) from panayam (face) you greater and mightier than you, to bawaa (bring) you in, to nathan (give) you their aratz (Earth/land) for an nachalah (inheritance), as at this yawam (day).
Yadai (know) therefore this yawam (day), and shawab (turn back / repent) it to your labab (heart), that Yahawah () he is Alahayam () in shamayam (Shamayam / Heavens) mail (top/above) and on the aratz (Earth/land) beneath; there is none else.
You shall shamar (keep/guard) his chaq (statute), and his matzawah (commandments), which I tzawah (command) you this yawam (day), that it may yatab (go) well with you, and with your ban (son) achar (other) you, and that you may prolong your yamayam (days) in the adamah (land), which Yahawah () your Alahayam () nathan (give) you, forever.
Then Mashah (Moses) set apart shalawash (three) irayam (cities) ibar (beyond) the Yaradan (Jordan) toward the sunrise;
That the manslayer might nawas (flee) there, who ratzach (kills) his neighbor unawares, and didn't shanaa (hate) him in thamawal (time) shalashawam (past); and that fleeing to achad (one) of these irayam (cities) he might chayay (life):
Batzar (Bezer) in the madabar (wilderness), in the mayashawar (plain) aratz (Earth/land), for the Raawabanay (Reubenites); and Raamawath (Ramoth) in Galaid (Gilead), for the Gaday (Gadites); and Gawalan (Golan) in Bashan (Bashan), for the Manashay (Manassites).
This is the thawarah (Torah / Instruction) which Mashah (Moses) shawam (place / establish / appoint) panayam (face) the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel):
These are the idath (testimonies), and the chaqayam (statutes), and the mashapatayam (ordinances), which Mashah (Moses) dabar (word / matter) to the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), when they yatzaa (go out / come out) forth out of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt),
Ibar (beyond) the Yaradan (Jordan), in the gayaa (valley) over mawal (against) Bayathapaiwar (Beth Peor), in the aratz (Earth/land) of Sayachawan (Sihon) malak (king) of the Amaray (Amaray / Amorite), who lived at Chashabawan (Heshbon), whom Mashah (Moses) and the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel) nakah (struck), when they yatzaa (go out / come out) forth out of Matzarayam (Matzarayam / Egypt).
They took his aratz (Earth/land) in yarash (possession), and the aratz (Earth/land) of Iwag (Og) malak (king) of Bashan (Bashan), the shanayam (two) malakay (kings) of the Amaray (Amaray / Amorite), who were ibar (beyond) the Yaradan (Jordan) toward the sunrise;
From Irawair (Aroer), which is on the shapah (edge) of the nachal (stream / river) of the Aranawan (Arnon), even to har (mountain) Shayaan (Sion) (the same is Charamawan (Hermon)),
And all the irabah (arabah) ibar (beyond) the Yaradan (Jordan) eastward, even to the yam (sea/waters) of the irabah (arabah), under the slopes of Pasagah (Pisgah).
