1 “Qarab (come close) Aharawan (Aaron) your ach (brother/kinsman), and his banay (my son) with him, near to you from thawak (midst) the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), that he may kahan (priest) to me in the priest's office, even Aharawan (Aaron), Nadab (Nadab) and Abayahawaa (Abihu), Alaizar (Eleazar) and Ayathamar (Ithamar), Aharawan (Aaron's) banay (my son).
2 You shall ishah (make) qadash (set apart / make holy) bagaday (garments) for Aharawan (Aaron) your ach (brother/kinsman), for kabawad (glory) and for thapaarah (beauty).
3 You shall dabar (word / matter) to all who are chakam (wise) lab (heart), whom I malaa (have) filled with the rawach (spirit / wind) of chakamah (wisdom), that they ishah (make) Aharawan (Aaron's) bagaday (garments) to qadash (set apart / make holy) him, that he may kahan (priest) to me in the priest's office.
4 These are the bagadayam (garments) which they shall ishah (make): a chashan (breastplate), and an apawad (ephod), and a maiyal (robe), and a kathanath (coat) of checker thashabatz (work), a turban, and a sash: and they shall ishah (make) qadash (set apart / make holy) bagadayam (garments) for Aharawan (Aaron) your ach (brother/kinsman), and his ban (son), that he may kahan (priest) to me in the priest's office.
5 They shall laqach (take / seize) the zahab (gold), and the thakalath (blue), and the aragaman (purple), and the shanay (second), and the shash (six) linen.
6 “They shall ishah (make) the apawad (ephod) of zahab (gold), of thakalath (blue), and aragaman (purple), shanay (second), and fine shazar (twined) shash (six), the maishah (work) of the skillful chashab (workman).
7 It shall have shanayam (two) kathap (shoulder) straps chabar (joined) to the shanayam (two) ends of it, that it may be chabar (joined) together.
8 The skillfully woven band, which is on it, that is on him, shall be like its maishah (work) and of the same piece; of zahab (gold), of thakalath (blue), and aragaman (purple), and shanay (second), and fine shazar (twined) shash (six).
9 You shall laqach (take / seize) shanayam (two) shaham (Onyx) abanay (stones), and pathach (engrave) on them the shamawath (names) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel):
10 Shash (six) of their shamawath (names) on the achad (one) aban (stone), and the shamawath (names) of the shash (six) that yathar (remain) on the other aban (stone), in the order of their thawaladah (generation).
11 With the maishah (work) of an charash (engraver) in aban (stone), like the engravings of a chawatham (signet), you shall pathach (engrave) the shanayam (two) abanayam (stones), according to the shamath (names) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel): you shall ishah (make) them to be enclosed in settings of zahab (gold).
12 You shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) the shanayam (two) abanayam (stones) on the kathap (shoulder) straps of the apawad (ephod), to be abanayam (stones) of zakarawan (memorial) for the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel): and Aharawan (Aaron) shall nashaa (lift) their sham (name) panayam (face) Yahawah () on his shanayam (two) kathapath (shoulders) for a zakarawan (memorial).
13 You shall ishah (make) settings of zahab (gold),
14 And shanayam (two) sharasharath (chains) of tahawar (pure) zahab (gold); you shall ishah (make) them like cords of braided maishah (work): and you shall nathan (give) the braided sharasharath (chains) on the settings.
15 “You shall ishah (make) a chashan (breastplate) of mashapat (judgment), the maishah (work) of the skillful workman; like the maishah (work) of the apawad (ephod) you shall ishah (make) it; of zahab (gold), of thakalath (blue), and aragaman (purple), and shanay (second), and fine shazar (twined) shash (six), you shall ishah (make) it.
16 It shall be rabai (fourth) and folded double; a zarath (span) shall be its arak (length) of it, and a zarath (span) its rachab (breadth).
17 You shall malaa (set) in it malaah (settings) of aban (stone), arabai (four) tawarayam (rows) of aban (stone): a tawar (row) of ruby, patadah (topaz), and beryl shall be the achad (one) tawar (row);
18 And the shanay (second) tawar (row) a turquoise, a sapayar (sapphire), and an napak (emerald);
19 And the shalayashay (third) tawar (row) a jacinth, an shabaw (agate), and an achalamah (amethyst);
20 And the rabayaiy (fourth) tawar (row) a chrysolite, an shaham (Onyx), and a yashapah (jasper): they shall be enclosed in zahab (gold) in their malaah (settings).
21 The abanayam (stones) shall be according to the shamath (names) of the banay (my son) of Yashar-Al (Israel), shanayam (two), according to their shamath (names); like the engravings of a chawatham (signet), everyone according to his sham (name), they shall be for the shanayam (two) shabat (tribes).
22 You shall ishah (make) on the chashan (breastplate) sharashath (chains) like cords, of braided maishah (work) of tahawar (pure) zahab (gold).
23 You shall ishah (make) on the chashan (breastplate) shanayam (two) tabaiwath (rings) of zahab (gold), and shall nathan (give) the shanayam (two) tabaiwath (rings) on the shanayam (two) ends of the chashan (breastplate).
24 You shall nathan (give) the shanayam (two) braided chains of zahab (gold) in the shanayam (two) tabaith (rings) at the ends of the chashan (breastplate).
25 The other shanayam (two) ends of the shanayam (two) braided chains you shall nathan (give) on the shanayam (two) settings, and nathan (give) them on the kathap (shoulder) straps of the apawad (ephod) in its forepart.
26 You shall ishah (make) shanayam (two) tabaiwath (rings) of zahab (gold), and you shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) them on the shanayam (two) ends of the chashan (breastplate), on its shapah (edge), which is toward the ibar (side) of the apawad (ephod) inward.
27 You shall ishah (make) shanayam (two) tabaiwath (rings) of zahab (gold), and shall nathan (give) them on the shanayam (two) kathap (shoulder) straps of the apawad (ephod) matah (underneath), in its forepart, close by its machabarath (coupling), mail (top/above) the skillfully woven band of the apawad (ephod).
28 They shall rakas (bind) the chashan (breastplate) by its tabaith (rings) to the tabaith (rings) of the apawad (ephod) with a pathayal (lace) of thakalath (blue), that it may be on the skillfully woven band of the apawad (ephod), and that the chashan (breastplate) may not swing out from the apawad (ephod).
29 Aharawan (Aaron) shall nashaa (lift) the shamawath (names) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) in the chashan (breastplate) of mashapat (judgment) on his lab (heart), when he bawaa (come) in to the qadash (set apart / make holy) place, for a zakarawan (memorial) panayam (face) Yahawah () continually.
30 You shall nathan (give) in the chashan (breastplate) of mashapat (judgment) the awarayam (urim) and the thamayam (complete / whole); and they shall be on Aharawan (Aaron's) lab (heart), when he bawaa (come) in panayam (face) Yahawah (): and Aharawan (Aaron) shall nashaa (lift) the mashapat (judgment) of the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) on his lab (heart) panayam (face) Yahawah () continually.
31 “You shall ishah (make) the maiyal (robe) of the apawad (ephod) kalayal (all) of thakalath (blue).
32 It shall have a pah (hole) for the raash (head) in its thawak (midst): it shall have a shapah (binding) of woven maishah (work) around its pah (hole), as it were the pah (hole) of a coat of mail, that it not be qarai (torn).
33 On its shawal (hem) you shall ishah (make) ramanay (pomegranates) of thakalath (blue), and of aragaman (purple), and of shanay (second), around its shawal (hem); and paimanay (bells) of zahab (gold) thawak (midst) and around them:
34 A zahab (gold) paiman (bell) and a ramawan (pomegranate), a zahab (gold) paiman (bell) and a ramawan (pomegranate), around the shawal (hem) of the maiyal (robe).
35 It shall be on Aharawan (Aaron) to sharath (minister): and its qawal (sound / voice) shall be shamai (hearken / hear) when he bawaa (come) in to the qadash (set apart / make holy) place panayam (face) Yahawah (), and when he yatzaa (go out / come out) out, that he not mawath (death).
36 “You shall ishah (make) a tzayatz (plate) of tahawar (pure) zahab (gold), and pathach (engrave) on it, like the engravings of a chawatham (signet), ‘qadash (set apart / make holy) TO Yahawah ().’
37 You shall shawam (place / establish / appoint) it on a pathayal (lace) of thakalath (blue), and it shall be on the sash; on the front of the sash it shall be.
38 It shall be on Aharawan (Aaron's) matzach (forehead), and Aharawan (Aaron) shall nashaa (lift) the iwan (guilt/iniquity) of the qadash (set apart / make holy) things, which the banay (children) of Yashar-Al (Israel) shall make qadash (set apart / make holy) in all their qadash (set apart / make holy) mathanath (gifts); and it shall be thamayad (always) on his matzach (forehead), that they may be accepted panayam (face) Yahawah ().
39 You shall weave the kathanath (coat) in checker work of shash (six) linen, and you shall ishah (make) a turban of shash (six) linen, and you shall ishah (make) a sash, the raqam (work) of the embroiderer.
40 “You shall ishah (make) kathanath (coats) for Aharawan (Aaron's) banay (my son), and you shall ishah (make) sashes for them and you shall ishah (make) headbands for them, for kabawad (glory) and for thapaarah (beauty).
41 You shall labash (put) them on Aharawan (Aaron) your ach (brother/kinsman), and on his ban (son) with him, and shall mashach (anoint) them, and malaa (consecrate) them, and qadash (set apart / make holy) them, that they may kahan (priest) to me in the priest's office.
42 You shall ishah (make) them bad (linen) breeches to kasah (cover) the bashar (flesh) of their nakedness; from the waist even to the yarakayam (thighs) they shall reach:
43 They shall be on Aharawan (Aaron), and on his ban (son), when they bawaa (bring) in to the ahal (tent) of Meeting, or when they nagash (come) near to the mazabach (altar) to sharath (minister) in the qadash (set apart / make holy) place; that they don't nashaa (lift) iwan (guilt/iniquity), and mawath (death): it shall be a chaqah (statute) iwalam (eternity) to him and to his descendants achar (other) him.
